Scheduling an Appointment
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. You can schedule an appointment by contacting the office during office hours at (703) 273-9440. If there is a need to contact the doctor on call when our office is closed, please contact the doctor on call through our answering service by calling (888) 724-3845. Always in the event of an emergency call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance. We ask all patients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete the necessary forms. All of the forms needed for an appointment can be found by clicking Patient Forms (to the right of your screen).
Bring all insurance cards and referral forms and be prepared to make the copayment required by your insurance or pay for the services rendered if you are on a payment plan. We are sensitive to the value of your time, and make every effort to minimize waiting time in our office. Medical emergencies periodically present themselves and may detain your provider. We will make every effort to notify you or have another pvovider see you.
